It is available in both Arabic and English. To View the application in Arabic, ensure that your device’s language is set to Arabic.

Clients subscribed to AJIB Online Banking can simply start using AJIB Mobile application by following the below steps:
- Download AJIB Mobile from the App Store/Play Store
- Login in to AJIB Mobile using your Online Banking credentials, this will send an auto request to your Online Banking account.
- Login in to AJIB Online Banking Service and activate your device
- Login in to AJIB Mobile application using the same credentials
